Custom Sensor Package

The NEEM-2 is a powerful tool that can be modified to accommodate many types of 2-terminal sensors. Contact us for a free  45-minute discussion about your specific remote monitoring need, and we may be able to propose a custom solution with the appropriate sensor for your situation.

Prior custom projects utilized a large variety of different sensors, including motor-vibration sensors, humidity, dew-point, barometric pressure, surface-temperature, fluid level, cycle-time, “widget” counters, compressed-air flow, specialty gas flow, absolute air pressure, and many others.

Special software built into the NEEM-2 is designed to provide not only instantaneous rate measurement but also accumulated values.

For example, in one custom project, the  NEEM-2 measured flow rates in cubic feet per minute, sampling this value every 3 seconds. The NEEM-2 used this information to calculate the total cubic feet that flowed during a 60-minute interval. This calculation was automatically recalculated every 60  minutes for 2 months in order to collect the necessary information.

Do It Yourself 

The NEEM-2 is intended to be a Do It Yourself (DIY) install and setup a remote monitoring system. Basic skills found in most manufacturing facilities will be needed to set up the NEEM-2 at your facility.
