E-Data on the Network
The NEEM-2 is intended to be a Do It Yourself (DIY) complete remote monitoring system utilizing installed Local Area Networks (LAN) and a connection to the Internet. This product can also be operated on your facility’s LAN exclusively without uploading your data to our Web-based Sensor-Info.com computer. If you decide not to upload your data to our Webpage server/data warehouse, alert messages and weekly reports will not be available.
Do It Yourself
The NEEM-2 is intended to be a Do It Yourself (DIY) install-and-set-up remote monitoring system. Basic skills found in most manufacturing facilities will be needed to set up the NEEM-2 at your facility.
Prepare to Monitor
Before discussing the installation issues, spend some time deciding what would be useful to monitor at your facility. Examples on this website illustrate various remote sensor monitoring solutions.
NEEM-2 technology is not expensive to acquire but once acquired, a small amount of effort will be needed to install and review the data. In some cases, the entire installation process will require less than 1 hour. The process of reviewing the measured data will be a 10-minute review of our weekly summary email.
