Robust Network Capabilities
The NEEM-2 includes a one-year subscription to the Sensor-Info Web Portal, which requires Internet access. NEEM can also operate on a factory’s LAN without Internet, keeping data local. The Sensor-Info Web Portal offers secure remote access for data viewing, analysis, and downloads. It also allows setting up email or text alerts to key personnel if equipment operates outside expected parameters.

The Sensor Synergy Network Enabled Equipment Monitor (NEEM) streamlines and lowers the cost of remote equipment monitoring. It continuously tracks sensors on equipment, recording data for immediate or later analysis. Users can view data via a web browser or download it for use with tools like spreadsheets or AI Assistants. NEEM offers insights to identify equipment issues and discrepancies between planned and actual activities, enabling data-driven decisions to enhance operations and minimize equipment impacts.
Monitor current factory activities or review past sensor data to assess equipment performance. Display data in tables or graphs for any timeframe directly in the browser, or download sensor measurements as CSV files for any connected sensor.
Flexible Internal Software
The NEEM software records 60 sensor readings per minute and stores up to 10 years of data in non-volatile memory. With Internet access, data is automatically backed up to the Sensor-Info Web Portal for enhanced security.
